Store Operations & Daily Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the retail store
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency
- Monitor customer service standards
- Resolve operational issues in real-time

. Accounts Oversight
- Monitor daily cash and digital payment reconciliation
- Ensure billing accuracy and voucher management
- Report discrepancies immediately
- Coordinate with finance team when required
- 2-3 years experience in retail operations or store management
- Experience handling inventory, staff, and vendor coordination
- Basic financial understanding and comfort with store-level accounting
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Comfortable handling seasonal workload pressure
- Transparent communication skills (English + Marathi)
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with POS systems (Retailware preferred) and basic Excel

Pay: ₹9,002.96 - ₹20,000.00 per month
