Celestia Education is hiring a qualified German Language Trainer to teach an intensive A1 to B2 German program over 8 months at our Bangalore office. This is a premium hybrid teaching role focused on students preparing for Germany education, nursing, and career pathways. The trainer will handle small, focused batches and deliver structured teaching aligned with Goethe and TELC standards, along with speaking practice, mock exams, and academic progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach German language from A1 to B2 levels using a structured curriculum
- Conduct offline classes at the Bangalore office (primary mode)
- Deliver comprehensive lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading, writing, and speaking
- Prepare students for Goethe/TELC A1, A2, B1, and B2 exams
- Conduct weekly assessments, assignments, and monthly mock tests
- Provide speaking correction, pronunciation training, and writing evaluation
- Support hybrid learning through recorded sessions and revision classes
- Maintain student progress reports and academic performance tracking




- Participate in curriculum planning and structured lesson delivery for an 8-month intensive program

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum German proficiency: C1 level (Solid B2 with proven A1-B2 teaching experience may be considered)
- Certification from Goethe, TELC, or a recognised German language institute
- 2-5 years of experience teaching German (A1 to B2 levels)
- Strong command of German grammar and exam-oriented teaching methods
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to teach small premium batches with structured progression

Preferred Skills:
- Experience teaching Germany-bound students (Nursing, Study Abroad, or Career Pathways)
- Familiarity with Goethe and TELC exam formats and preparation strategies
- Experience in intensive or fast-track German programs
- Comfortable with hybrid teaching (offline + online support)
- Willingness to record lessons for LMS/App-based learning modules
