Job description

A motivated Architect with 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design, construction drawings, and site coordination. Skilled in AutoCAD, design development, consultant coordination, and on-site supervision. Eager to handle projects from concept design to execution, ensuring design intent, quality standards, timelines, and budgets are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural design concepts, detailed drawings.
- Assist in delivering high-quality design responses aligned with client expectations and project requirements.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Prepare and coordinate GFC drawings, working drawings, and presentation packages.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to drawings and safety norms.
- Assist in construction supervision, resolving site-related design and execution issues.
- Participate in client meetings and documente discussions and action points.




- Contribute to maintaining project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

- AutoCAD (Advanced)
- Sketchup and Lumion
- Adobe Photoshop
- Portfolio demonstrating design capability and technical proficiency:

- Ability to communicate design ideas through drawings, sketches, and 3D models:
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to design challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture:
- 1-2 years of experience in architecture and construction industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
