TRICITY REALTY LLP Business Development Manager – Redevelopment Sales & Marketing | Sanpada, Navi Mumbai | Full-Time, On-Site Reports To HoD – Sales & Marketing Experience 4 – 10 years in redevelopment / real estate acquisitions Qualification Graduate (Real Estate / Management / Civil preferred) Employment Full-Time | On-Site Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead redevelopment chance sourcing and acquisition across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The role covers the full cycle — from lead generation and feasibility coordination through society negotiations and mandate closure — with strong backend support from architecture, legal, CRM, and senior management. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Sourcing – Identify and source redevelopment opportunities: cooperative housing societies, old/cessed buildings, CIDCO layouts, JDA and land parcels – Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, society consultants, architects, PMC consultants,



and local facilitators – Conduct regular field visits to assess site potential and surrounding market conditions Feasibility & Market Analysis – Coordinate with architects and internal teams to prepare preliminary redevelopment feasibility studies – Apply working knowledge of MCGM, UDCPR, norms – Conduct market research: sale value potential, product mix, demand-supply analysis, and competitor benchmarking Society Engagement & Stakeholder Management – Arrange, attend, and lead society meetings, redevelopment discussions, and stakeholder presentations – Present TRICITY's company profile, track record, construction capabilities, and value proposition confidently – Maintain continuous, structured follow-ups with societies, brokers, and consultants Proposals & Deal Closure – Coordinate preparation of redevelopment proposals, commercial offers, benefit comparison sheets, and presentation decks – Work closely with legal and management teams during nego
