nWe are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to head our Study Abroad Counselling and Sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading counselling teams, ensuring excellent student experience, and achieving admissions and revenue targets across the country.
Key Responsibilities n

- Lead and manage the overall Study Abroad Counselling and Sales operations.n
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.n
- Build, mentor, and monitor high-performing counselling and sales teams.n
- Ensure quality counselling and conversion of prospective students.n
- Drive business expansion through new partnerships and market opportunities.n
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with organizational processes.n
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and business partners.n




- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.n
- Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance management of teams.n
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.n

Desired Candidate Profile n

- Bachelor's degree;n
- 5+ years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling, Admissions, or Education Sales.n
- Proven experience in leading large teams and achieving business targets.n
- Strong understanding of international education markets and university admission processes.n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a robust focus on growth and results.n
