nOwn end-to-end lead generation across paid channels and ensure consistent monthly targets are achieved across Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and future markets like Dubai.

- Campaign Execution & Optimizationn
- Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on: ○ Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) ○ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) ○ LinkedIn Ads (for B2B / premium leads)n
- Continuously monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS and improve performance Lead Generation & Funnel Managementn
- Ensure daily lead flow meets targets per locationn
- Improve lead quality (not just quantity)n
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for conversions Multi-Location Campaign Handlingn
- Run city-wise campaigns (Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Dubai)n
- Customize messaging based on audience and budget A/B Testing & Experimentationn
- Test creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pagesn
- Scale winning campaigns quickly Budget Managementn
- Allocate and optimize budgets across platformsn




- Ensure minimal wastage and maximum ROI Coordinationn
- Work closely with: ○ Pre-sales team → Lead quality feedback ○ Sales team → Conversion insights ○ Creative team → Ad creatives & videos KPIs (Very Important for Hiring Clarity)n
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)n
- Monthly Qualified Leadsn
- Conversion Rate (Lead → Site Visit / Sale)n
- ROI / ROASn
- Lead Quality Score (from sales team) Required Skillsn
- 3–4 years in performance marketing (real estate / interiors preferred)n
- Robust hands-on experience in: ○ Meta Ads Manager ○ Google Adsn
- Understanding of: ○ Funnels, attribution, pixel tracking ○ CRM integration (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)n
- Data-driven thinking (not guesswork marketing)n
