SPM Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and results-driven Student Counsellor – Study Abroad to join our team.

? Location: Coimbatore

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Experience: Minimum 1 Year Required

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students interested in studying abroad
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals and preferences
- Guide students in choosing suitable countries, courses and universities
- Handle enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- Follow up consistently with prospective students
- Explain admission requirements, scholarships, intakes and application processes
- Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams
- Maintain student and lead follow-up records
- Work towards counselling, application and admission targets

Candidate Requirements:




- Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling, overseas education, admissions or a related field
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in communicating with students and parents
- Excellent follow-up and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Knowledge of overseas education processes will be an added advantage
