nJob Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the EMS manufacturing sector by identifying new business opportunities, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships,
nOnboarding of large-scale OEM/ODM product manufacturing opportunities and expanding the company's presence across targeted industry segments including industrial, automotive, health care, telecommunications, consumer electronics, Clean technology, aerospace and defence.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the global business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.n
- Identify recent market opportunities, emerging technologies, and high-growth industry segments.n
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.n
- Develop strategic account plans for key OEM customers.n
- Lead market intelligence activities,



including competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring.n
- Achieve minimum annual sales revenue of INR 200cr, and gross margin targets.n
- Ensure business opportunities meet profitability and strategic criteria.n
- Collaborate with finance teams on sales strategies and contract negotiations.n
- Monitor sales performance metrics and forecasting accuracy.n
- Work closely with Operations, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.n
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.n

nQualifications & Experience:
nEducation: Any Engineering Graduate
nExperience: 15~20 years in business development experience in the EMS industries.
nStrong track record in meeting/exceeding revenue targets. Proven experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
nFamiliarity with emerging technologies in the EMS domain.
