Job Description
As a Senior Data Engineer (Technical Lead), you will lead a team of Data Engineers responsible for delivering enterprise data solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and actively participate in architecture, development, troubleshooting, and project delivery activities. This role requires robust expertise in Python, Microsoft SQL Server, Data Engineering, Data Quality, Database Performance Optimization, and DevOps practices.

nTechnical Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 to 8 Data Engineers.n
- Provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.n
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and solution reviews.n
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and quality controls.n
- Support team members in resolving complex technical and production issues.n

nData Engineering & Development

- Design, develop, and support enterprise‑scale data engineering solutions using Python and Microsoft SQL.n




- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and validation.n
- Build scalable and maintainable data pipelines for reporting, analytics, and operations.n
- Develop reusable frameworks and utilities to improve efficiency and maintainability.n

nData Quality Management

- Design and implement data quality frameworks and controls.n
- Establish automated validation, reconciliation, completeness, and accuracy checks.n
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis.n
