nThe Senior Manager – Regional Training Manager will be based out of Mumbai and will lead training delivery across multiple branches in the assigned region. The role is responsible for strengthening employee capability through functional, behavioural, and digital learning interventions. The position requires solid facilitation skills (classroom and virtual), content creation capability, and proven experience within the financial services industry

nKey Responsibilities
nTraining Delivery & Facilitation
n
- n
- Conduct Induction, Refresher, Functional, Product, and Behavioral training sessions for employeesn
- Facilitate training for customers, channel partners, and B2B stakeholders when required.n
- Deliver learning effectively across both classroom and virtual (VILT) formats.n




- Travel across the region to support branches, conduct sessions, and ensure consistent training delivery.n
- Partner with branch leadership to identify gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.n

nDigital Learning & Content Creation

- n
- Create clear, engaging training material—presentations, guides, short videos, assessments, and simple digital modulesn
- Refresh and modernize existing content so it is easy to understand and accessible in digital formatsn
- Use tools like Canva and other AI-based tools to improve the quality, design, and delivery of learning material.n
- Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs by preparing easy-to-use content and helping design smooth digital learning experiencesn
