n Job Summary
nThe Admin / Real Estate & facilities Manager will be responsible for managing office administration, facilities, security, cafeteria operations, and real-estate/facility-related activities. The role will ensure a safe, effective, compliant, and well-maintained workplace while managing internal and external service providers.
n Key Responsibilities
n Office Administration

- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.n
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and employee facilities.n
- Manage office vendors, service providers, and administrative contracts.n
- Monitor administrative budgets and operating expenses.n
- Ensure availability and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.n




- Coordinate office-related events, meetings, and employee activities where required.n

n Facility Management

- Manage building and facility maintenance activities.n
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of office infrastructure.n
- Liaise with landlords, building management, contractors, and service providers.n
- Monitor facility-related service levels and ensure timely resolution of issues.n
- Support real-estate-related activities, including office premises and lease-related coordination.n

n Security

- Manage security service providers and security personnel.n
- Ensure implementation of workplace security procedures.n
- Monitor access control, visitor management, and security systems.n
- Coordinate incident reporting and resolution.n

n Cafeteria

- Manage cafeteria operations and cafeteria service providers.n
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, service level
