nRole Overview
nAglo is seeking a confident and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive / Customer Service Executive to manage client communication, resolve customer queries, coordinate orders, and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, institutional buyers, and business partners.
nKey Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.n
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, service requests, and product-related queries professionally.n
- Coordinate with sales, accounts,



warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.n
- Monitor orders from confirmation through dispatch and delivery.n
- Update clients regarding order status, stock availability, delivery schedules, and delays.n
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, returns, replacements, and delivery confirmations.n
- Draft professional emails, quotations, proposals, and follow-up correspondence.n
- Maintain customer databases, complaint records, communication logs, and follow-up trackers.n
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with management.n
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events when required.n
- Maintain Aglo’s professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused brand image.n

nEligibility and Qualifications
