Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time,



on-site position based in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Service Engineer will perform installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical distribution panels, automation panels, DG sets, UPS, and transformers at customer sites. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing field service visits, providing technical support, and ensuring timely resolution of equipment problems. The role involves preparing service reports, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating clearly with customers about service status and recommendations. The Service Engineer will also support preventive maintenance programs, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues effectively.
