Key Responsibilities:
Credit Control & customer outstanding monitoring
Payment follow-up and collection management
Customer/Vendor Ledger Reconciliation & Balance Confirmation
Credit review and analysis with the team
Debit Note & Credit Note management
MIS preparation & analytical reporting
Fund Management, cash-flow planning & working capital monitoring
Customer ageing and overdue analysis
Coordination with Sales, Commercial & Finance teams
Team coordination with robust leadership and ownership
