Role Description The Labour Contractor will be responsible for arranging, supervising, and managing labor resources for on-site construction activities in Guwahati. This contract role includes coordinating daily workforce requirements, ensuring that laborers are deployed efficiently across tasks such as civil works, finishing, and material handling. The Labour Contractor will monitor attendance, productivity,



and adherence to safety standards, while resolving on-site labor issues and maintaining discipline. The role also involves working closely with project engineers and site supervisors to align labor availability with project schedules, quality expectations, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. This is an in office position requiring regular presence at project locations in and around Guwahati.
