Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager MEP will be responsible for quantity surveying activities across multiple projects, ensuring cost efficiency and contract compliance. This role involves validate and certify contractor RA bills, final bills, and quantity measurements. The Assistant Manager MEP will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to validate actual measurement at site with high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Interim Valuations: Review the main contractor's monthly payment applications and certify payments based on actual verified site progress.
Variation Assessment: Support to evaluate, negotiate, and approve or reject changes, ensuring variations match the agreed commercial market rates
Cost Reporting: Support to prepare the monthly cost report
