Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of health insurance products,



meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets, and managing relationships with key distribution partners and corporate accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing local sales strategies, monitoring performance of the sales team or channel partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves prospecting and onboarding new intermediaries or customers, conducting product presentations, and providing ongoing support and training to improve sales effectiveness. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, underwriting, and operations to deliver a smooth customer experience and support long-term business growth in the region.
