Position: Assistant Manager - Lean Manufacturing
Experience Range: 3.5 - 7 Years
CTC: upto 10 LPA

Job Summary:
Lean manufacturing will be responsible for Facility Planning & Capex Planning, Manufacturing excellence, Process Design & Development, Low-cost Automation, Process Costing and product, Capacity study, Line Balancing, Lean Manufacturing practices, Work measurement technique- MOST, 5S, JIT, VSM, KAN- BAN, Single piece flow etc
Management of process development from project conceptualization to release to volume production for new product.
Development of recent processes and related equipment.
Organize resources to identify the equipment, processes, equipment layout, and quality planning related to new products.
To improve the manpower productivity by doing the MOST study, line balancing for different output, eliminate the motion loss, lay out improvement, Value Stream Mapping & Low cost Automation.
