Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Pune. The Visual Merchandiser will design and implement window displays and in-store visual concepts that highlight sarees, Kurtis, and ethnic wear, ensuring collections are presented in an engaging and brand-aligned manner. The role includes planning layouts, coordinating colors and themes, styling mannequins, and maintaining visual standards across the showroom.



The Visual Merchandiser will collaborate closely with sales and retail teams to support promotional campaigns, optimize product placement, and enhance the overall customer experience. Daily tasks also involve monitoring store traffic and customer responses to visual displays, making adjustments to improve impact and sales performance.
Qualifications
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with retail, sales, and management teams.
Experience in retail environments with an understanding of store operations and visual merchandising needs.
Customer service and sales skills to align visual displays with customer preferences and buying behavior.
Ability to conceptualize and execute window displays and in-store presentations that reflect brand identity.
Creative eye for design, color, and styling, especially in ethnic wear; familiarity with textile and fashion trends is an advantage.
