About CEDX Systems
CEDX Systems is the trading name of CEDX Corporation, a New York software company. We build and operate the systems a business actually runs on - CRM and pipeline, an outbound dialer and call centre, a support desk, invoicing, workflow automation, and the portal that holds them together - and we deploy them as one connected estate rather than another disconnected tool. The catalogue runs to well over a hundred applications, and our own company runs on the same software we place with clients, so every claim you make in front of a buyer is one we have already tested on ourselves.
About the role
The Partnership Associate owns deals and partnerships for CEDX Systems from first contact to signed agreement, and then keeps owning the relationship. This is not a lead-passing seat and it is not a script-reading seat. You choose which organisations are worth our time, you get to the person who can actually decide, you run that conversation yourself, and you are accountable for what happens to the account after the paperwork is signed. You report directly to the Founder,



which means decisions come back to you in hours rather than sitting in a queue - and it also means there is nowhere to hide a quarter that went nowhere.
What you earn
This is a commission-led seat with a real floor under it.
Base: INR 7,81,000 per year, gross, paid monthly in arrears - yours whether or not a deal closes that month.
Commission: 20% of the profit margin on every deal and partnership you close. Uncapped, and it is the part of this role designed to become the larger number.
Commission is paid as client funds transparent, and it keeps paying on the accounts you own, not only on the month you signed them.
Statutory deductions and withholdings apply. Compensation is formally reviewed after three months of service.
What you will be measured on
Four things, reviewed monthly and in writing: qualified partnership conversations created, agreements signed, the accuracy of your pipeline record
