Company Description
Coneon is a Gurugram based marketplace for construction materials and home services. Customers buy materials, book vetted service professionals, rent equipment and trade recovered material, on web and on app. We are scaling category by category and pin code by pin code, which means demand generation is the engine of the business.

THE ROLE IN ONE LINE
Own paid acquisition end to end, with Google Ads as the primary growth lever, and build the measurement and retention plumbing around it.

This is a hands on execution role. You will be in the accounts daily, not reviewing someone else's dashboards.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have personally managed at least Rs 10 lakh a month in ad spend on a single account or business. Not aggregate across clients, not a team number, yours.

You understand intent driven demand. You know the difference between capturing a person searching for "cement price in Gurgaon" and interrupting someone on a feed, and you know how to price,



structure and scale the first one.

You are a full stack growth marketer, or on your way to becoming one. Range across channels is a strong plus. Depth in Google Ads is non negotiable.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own Google Ads end to end. Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube and Demand Gen. Account structure, keyword and search term hygiene, bidding strategy, budget pacing, landing page and offer testing.

Run Meta as the secondary channel for prospecting, retargeting and category seeding.

Own the acquisition P&L.; CAC, ROAS, blended CAC, contribution margin per order and per service booking. You will be measured on effective volume, not on impressions.

Build and maintain the measurement stack. GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Merchant Center, offline and CRM conversion imports, server side tracking where needed. If the data is wrong, that is your problem to fix.
