Role Description The Sales Executive / Account Manager – VLSI and Semiconductor will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with semiconductor and electronics companies in Bengaluru South and other regions. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, involving regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts for VLSI and embedded design services.



The role also includes maintaining long-term client relationships, coordinating with technical teams to understand service offerings, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive / Account Manager will track market trends, prepare sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of semiconductor industry, VLSI design services, and embedded design solutions, with the ability to explain technical offerings to clients.
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within technology, engineering, or semiconductor sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications to manage opportunities and track performance.
