As a member of the HR team at AtkinsRéalis, the Analyst – HR Operations provides proactive and effective support to employees and managers across the APAC region. The role encompasses the administration of core HR processes in compliance with applicable APAC labor regulations, maintenance of HR systems, and preparation of employee-related correspondence.



The position also involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders including immigration, payroll, and finance, while contributing to continuous process improvements and supporting ad hoc HR initiatives as required.
