The company specialises in MICE and corporate events, grand inaugurals, festivals, exhibitions, conventions, award ceremonies, weddings, receptions, and themed celebrations. Experience Makers also manages brand promotions, experiential marketing, artist management, team-bonding programs, product launches, and special parties. The team provides end-to-end solutions for any event.
Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Officer role based in Kochi. The Business Development Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and support the growth of Experience Makers’ event portfolio. Responsibilities include generating leads, preparing business proposals, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and service offerings, and presenting solutions that align with client needs.



The role also involves tracking sales performance, negotiating contracts, ensuring high standards of customer service, coordinating with event execution team and representing the company at meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills.
Basic to intermediate Finance skills to understand budgeting, pricing, and profitability for events and projects.
Excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Result oriented and committed professional with genuine interest in Sales.
Willingness to travel across Kerala for Business Development.
Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience from initial contact through post-event follow-up.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in events, hospitality, or related industries.
