About the Portfolio
The role covers a portfolio of SLH-affiliated luxury hotels, upscale villas and distinctive room-led stays across Goa and Assam, each with a strong experiential proposition and differentiated F&B; offering.
These are not conventional hotel products — the portfolio is built around unique destinations, design-led stays, curated experiences, villas, luxury accommodation and F&B-led; experiences, requiring a sales approach that understands how to sell differentiated products to the right audience.

The Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing Delhi NCR as a key feeder market for BluSalzz’s Goa and Assam portfolio, with a primary focus on luxury travel, wholesale and MICE.
The role requires a strong understanding of the Delhi luxury travel trade — including luxury travel advisors,



premium wholesalers, DMCs, tour operators and MICE agencies — and the ability to identify where the right business sits within this network.
The candidate will be expected to build relationships, generate business, position individual properties based on the client and segment, and convert opportunities into room nights, revenue and high-value F&B; business.

What We Expect
An established network across the Delhi NCR luxury travel and trade ecosystem.
Robust relationships with luxury travel advisors, wholesalers, DMCs, tour operators and MICE agencies.
Understanding of the Delhi feeder market for Goa and Northeast India.
Ability to sell an experiential and differentiated hotel product, rather than compete purely on room rates or conventional hotel features.
Experience generating luxury leisure, wholesale and MICE business.
Ability to identify the right property/product for different client require
