Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Site Supervisor role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and workers; monitoring project timelines; and managing materials and resources on site.



The role involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring that installations, finishes, and furnishings are aligned with approved plans. The Interior Site Supervisor also prepares basic progress updates, reports site conditions to project management, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.
Qualifications

Experience in interior site supervision, fit-out execution, or construction site management with strong knowledge of interior finishes and installation practices.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, and translate them into clear instructions for on-site teams.
Skills in coordinating contractors, workers, and vendors, including basic project scheduling, task allocation, and on-site workflow management.
Attention to detail for quality checks on carpentry, painting, electrical
