About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Marketing team and strengthen how we track, analyze, and improve revenue performance across marketing and sales. This role will primarily own Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and funnel visibility. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to ensure teams have accurate, actionable insights into pipeline, lead performance, conversion, sales activity, and revenue. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to translate business questions into transparent metrics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce reports and dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
Track the complete revenue funnel across leads, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and closed revenue. Monitor key conversion metrics across different stages of the funnel and identify areas for improvement.
Create dashboards for pipeline performance, lead source attribution, campaign performance,



sales productivity, and revenue forecasting.
Ensure Salesforce data is accurate, complete, and structured consistently across teams.
Identify data quality issues such as duplicate records, incorrect fields, missing information, and inconsistent stage management.
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
Analyze campaign and channel performance to understand contribution to pipeline and revenue. Support lead management processes including lead routing, lifecycle stages, source tracking, and attribution.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions related to pipeline, conversions, accounts, territories, and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce
