Role Summary:
Looking for a street smart, go-getter person who will be responsible for inbound lead conversions, revenue growth, client relationship management and business expansion at Sorted. The role holder will work closely with management and internal strategy teams to improve revenue, operational efficiency and long-term business scalability.

Years of Experience: 5 to 9 yrs in Business Development
Candidate Notice Period: Maximum 15 to 30 days
CTC: 10 to 15 LPA + Incentives
Industry Exposure: Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, D2C and B2B

Job Description:

Business Development and Lead Conversions: Manage and Respond to Inbound Leads, Conduct BD Calls, qualify leads basis budget, fit and urgency, pitch sorted services and strategy value, Drive proposal discussion and closure.





Sales Funnel and Revenue Growth: Maintain BD Tracker and conversion dashboard, Analyze funnel drop-outs and lost leads, Support monthly revenue planning.

Proposal and Client Management: Coordinate and respond to customized proposals, Handle client objection and negotiations, Maintain strong client communication, Client Escalation Resolution.

Growth and Recent Business Opportunities: Identify new revenue streams, Explore partnership and referral models, Build business case for new initiatives, Support Long Term growth planning.

Sales Asset and Market Visibility: Maintain Credential decks and case studies, Improve sales collateral and proposal templates, Coordinate with content team for lead-oriented content.

Operations and Internal Control: Ensure Smooth handover from sales to strategy team, Coordinate Project Kick-off workflows, Track Project Visibility and status updates, Flag Delivery Risk Proactively.
