About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Unified Communications (UC) & Contact Center (CC) Sales Specialist to drive growth across India and the broader APAC region. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and positioning end-to-end UC and Contact Center solutions that enable digital transformation and enhanced customer experience.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and engagement with enterprise customers and senior IT stakeholders throughout APAC.

What You Will Be Doing (Role Accountabilities)

Key Responsibilities





Drive revenue growth and pipeline development for Unified Communications / Contact Center solutions across India and APAC.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships.

Position and articulate the business value of end-to-end UC and CC solutions, including voice and SIP-based services.

Engage with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and develop tailored technology solutions.

Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations to business and technical decision-makers.

Build robust relationships with senior IT leaders, procurement teams, and key business stakeholders.

Collaborate with sales, solution architects, product teams, delivery teams, and regional stakeholders to develop winning proposals.

Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract support activities to successfully close opportunities.
