Hiring: Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the Domestic Market , with a focus on IT & Non-IT recruitment solutions .

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, cold calling and networking

/n

• Identify current clients and business opportunities

/n

• Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions

/n

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

/n

• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients

/n

• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals

/n

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

/n





• Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction

/n

• Reactivate existing clients and drive revenue growth

/n

• Track market trends and competitor activities

/n

/n

What We're Looking For

/n

✅ 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition

/n

✅ Experience in Recruitment / Staffing / HR Services will be preferred

/n

✅ Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

/n

✅ Good proposal writing and client relationship management skills

/n

✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-driven

/n
