About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Immigration Sales Executive – Team Coordination who will primarily handle sales, client communication and conversions, while also coordinating the day-to-day activities of a small team of 3–4 members.
This is a hands-on senior executive role, rather than a high-level managerial position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily activities, guide junior team members and ensure that sales and immigration file-related work is completed properly and on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Handling
- Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable immigration/education services.




- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up on pending payments, documents and client requirements.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Team Coordination
- Coordinate the daily activities of a team of 3–4 executives.
- Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure timely client responses.
- Track individual and team performance.
- Support team members with difficult client conversations and sales situations.
- Ensure leads are properly distributed and followed up.
- Conduct basic daily/weekly performance reviews.
- Guide junior team members and help them improve their sales performance.
- Escalate significant issues to management when required.
