Job Description
Caprus Inc. is looking for an experienced and confident Cold Caller with prior experience in the North American market to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients,
introducing Caprus and our range of services, generating interest, qualifying
prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers in the United States and has a proven ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and maintain engaging conversations over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Introduce Caprus Inc. and explain our services, including Virtual Assistant services, remote staffing, lead generation, digital marketing, administrative support, web development, CRM support, and BPO solutions.
- Identify and connect with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
