Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer who is looking to learn to become Windows Server & Hosting Support Engineer to join our local and cloud-hosting operations team.



The ideal candidate will manage, support, and troubleshoot Windows based apps, Windows-based environments used for QuickBooks (QB) hosting, TR hosting, and other application hosting workloads. You will work directly with clients, resolve technical issues, maintain server health, and ensure a secure, stable, and high-performance hosting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Local Support
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals using tools like Zoho Desk, Connectwise etc.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments, including tools like Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office.
- Manage users, groups, and permissions via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Provide remote troubleshooting using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Microsoft Intune.
- Diagnose hardware issues and basic network problems (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN) using tools like Cisco AnyConnect and stand
