Experience : At least 1 year in International Sales.
Shift timing: US/UK shift (9:00 pm to 6:30 am)
Location: Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai

Job Summary
You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned international clients. Operating with a trust-first mindset, you will build deep, consultative relationships that convert new clients into long-term, high-value partners without overpromising or overselling. If you excel at portfolio management, understand performance marketing metrics, and thrive in international client communications, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Recent Client Onboarding: Onboard new international clients within 24 hours of sign-up, conducting discovery calls to understand creator goals, set realistic expectations, and align on deliverables.
Active Account Management & Upselling: Proactively share campaign performance updates, address client escalations end-to-end,



and identify consultative cross-sell and upgrade opportunities.
Dormant Client Re-engagement: Maintain an active pipeline of inactive accounts, diagnose root causes of churn, and execute personalized outreach (email, WhatsApp, call) to re-engage dormant clients.
Commercial & Platform Alignment: Cross-verify specific client campaign requirements against actual ad delivery capabilities before committing to custom plans.
CRM & Pipeline Discipline: Log every client interaction in Zoho CRM within 24 hours, tag accounts accurately by lifecycle stage, and submit weekly portfolio health summaries to leadership.
