We are looking for a talented and hands-on Fullstack Lead with 2–7 years of software development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise across both frontend and backend development, with the ability to take ownership of features from initial requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

This role is suited for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and working closely with product, design, and engineering teams. You will play a key role in establishing technical direction, improving engineering practices, and mentoring other developers.

- Work extensively with databases and contribute to schema design, data modeling, indexing, relationships, and query optimization.
- Identify performance bottlenecks across frontend, backend, and database layers and implement effective solutions.
- Review code, establish development best practices, and maintain high standards for code quality.
