Manager – Automotive Software Sales

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Software Sales / Business Development professional with a strong network across Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling automotive engineering services, embedded software, digital engineering, validation, or consulting solutions, along with a strong understanding of next-generation automotive technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development, revenue growth, and account expansion across Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
- Build and manage relationships with Engineering, R&D;, Program, Technology, and Procurement stakeholders.
- Generate and convert opportunities for automotive software and engineering services.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop strategic account plans and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.




- Partner with technical and delivery teams to create customer-specific solutions and proposals.
- Track automotive technology trends and identify opportunities around SDV, EV, ADAS, Connected Vehicles, and Embedded Software.

Required Skills
- 7–9 years of experience in Automotive Engineering Services Sales / Software Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management.
- Strong OEM and Tier-1 customer network, particularly in West India.
- Experience selling engineering services, embedded software, digital engineering, validation, or consulting solutions.
- Positive understanding of one or more:
- Software Defined Vehicle (SDV)
- Embedded Automotive Software
- AUTOSAR
- ADAS / Autonomous Driving
- EV / Electrification
- BMS / VCU / Powertrain Software
- Functional Safety
- Automotive Cyber Security
- Connected Vehicle / OTA
- Strong hunter mindset, commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive-level relationship management.
