Job Description
We are looking for a Client Servicing & Account Manager – Social Media to manage client accounts and oversee the day-to-day execution of their social media and activities. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating closely with the creative and social media teams, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.

nThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously. The Account Manager will also maintain detailed project records, develop structured reporting formats, and provide regular updates to clients and management.

nKey Responsibilities

n1. Client Servicing
nAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building solid and lasting relationships.
nUnderstand client objectives, social media requirements, and feedback, and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
nManage day-to-day client communication, including feedback, approvals, follow-ups, and queries.




nProactively communicate timelines, delays, requirements, and project updates to clients.

n2. Social Media Management
nCoordinate the development and execution of monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
nStay updated on social media trends, formats, cultural moments, and relevant content opportunities to identify proactive ideas for clients.
nBreak down client requirements and content plans into actionable tasks and delegate them to the appropriate team members.
nMonitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
nIdentify and address issues or bottlenecks promptly to prevent delays and ensure smooth execution.

n3. Creative Briefing & Execution
nCoordinate the complete process from brief → creation → internal review → client approval → final delivery.
