Helpdesk Lead is expected to act as technical expert for SAP/Coupa and Salesforce by trouble shooting and provide problem resolutions for purchasing activity. The role supports delivery of BP business and functional strategies by driving efficiency and effectiveness across end-to-end FBT Procurement and Group Source to Pay (S2P) process ownership.



The role provides expertise in management of the S2P Global Process Design Standards. As a key member of the Agile Squad’s, this role is highly collaborative which will involve integrated process optimisation opportunities into product backlog/brainstorming sessions and will working closely with the Squad team and process execution team to form the correct solutions that will meet the different business needs.
Support Squads to implement timely and disruptive improvements in existing processes delivering better value and experience
Lead and manage the end-to-end Coupa Procurement team.
Lead the successful transition of new processes, tools, and operational activities into BAU operations.
Ensure seamless knowledge transfer, documentation review, SOP readiness, and process stabilization during transition phases.
Partner with project teams, collaborators, and business users to drive smooth onboarding
