nAs Accordible expands across India, we are looking for a research-driven and performance-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who can identify the right organisations, connect with relevant decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities.

n Role Objective
n
n Own the top of the sales funnel by generating and qualifying high-quality B2B leads.




n This role is purely focused on lead generation and qualification.
n
n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Generate B2B leads via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, databases, and inbound enquiriesn
- Identify and engage decision-makers (Facility, Engineering, Admin, Purchase, Operations)n
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and intentn
- Classify leads (Hot / Warm / Cold) and schedule meetings for sales teamn
- Ensure clean handover with complete lead informationn
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity logsn
