This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of affiliate strategy, creator marketing, and social commerce.
You will lead a team of affiliate specialists while managing a portfolio of complex client accounts and high-impact programs.
The role combines people leadership with direct ownership of client strategy, performance, and execution.
You will help brands build scalable creator pipelines, strengthen affiliate performance, and launch successful programs on fast-growing commerce platforms.
Success requires a balance of analytical thinking, operational precision, strategic judgment, and robust client communication.
You will also help evolve affiliate systems, processes, and best practices as the business scales.

Accountabilities




Manage and develop a team of Brand Creator Associates through regular 1:1s, performance and output reviews, coaching, quality standards, turnaround expectations, and development conversations.
Partner with Account Directors and Creator Partnership leadership to provide performance feedback, identify development opportunities, and maintain high execution standards across the team.
Serve as the senior affiliate lead for a portfolio of client accounts, providing strategic direction, participating in client calls, and approving creative briefs and campaign approaches.
Lead affiliate onboarding for new clients and brands, including creator pipeline development, outreach strategy, sampling logistics, and the transition of programs to assigned team members as operations stabilize.
