Job Functions: • Analyze, map and create requirements to transform healthcare
data from upstream sources like claims, eligibility, provider, encounter and
supplemental data • Translating Functional Requirements from HEDIS team into
technical requirements and User Stories • Perform hands on data analysis using
SQL, Databricks, and related tools to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and
support design decisions • Partner with Engineering teams to deliver HEDIS
product enhancements as per needs of the business. • Document business and
technical requirements, source to target mappings, data specifications, business
rules, and process flows • Implement robust data quality checks and auditing
processes across data ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers. •
Participate in annual HEDIS submission cycles—supporting data extraction,
validation, and Audits. • Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI •
Support ad-hoc analysis, root-cause investigations,



and quality improvement
initiatives tied to HEDIS measures and STAR ratings. • Participate in project
planning; identifying milestones, deliverables and resource requirements; tracks
activities and task execution. • Ability to recognize business needs,
limitations with existing products/platforms to meet those needs and providing
creative solutions to advance data lake maturity. • High degree of integrity,
confidence, self-awareness & learning agility • Problem-solving and
entrepreneurial mindset - driven to create and innovate. Required
Qualifications: • Over 5+ years of healthcare IT experience • Bachelor’s degree
in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. •
Experience with HEDIS Data sources, data ingestion and extra.
