Job Purpose
The Functional Analyst will support the Product Owner of the solution in the day-to-day management, support, and continuous improvement of the Group CRM platform, digiSales, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

Role & Responsibilities





Act as the functional expert for the Group CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales - digiSales).
Provide Level 2 support for incidents and requests escalated by the Service Desk.
Analyze business needs and propose functional solutions aligned with business processes and platform capabilities.
Participate in CRM-related projects by providing functional expertise, impact analysis, and implementation support.
Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements.
Configure and maintain standard Dynamics 365 Sales functionalities.
Coordinate testing activities and support solution validation before production deployment.
Maintain application documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Group IT teams, and external implementation partners in a global setting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement, adoption, and governance
