nRole Overview
nThe Cinnamon Kitchen is looking for a Finance Lead to take ownership of the finance function in a high-growth consumer business environment. We are looking for someone who ideally brings experience from startup or emerging consumer brands, understands fast-paced business decision-making, and can build finance systems that support scale.

nWhat You’ll Do
n

- As an early finance hire, you'll step into a Deputy CFO-like role and take full ownership of the finance function.n
- You will build and implement processes and controls to prevent value leakage, and manage monthly closings, MIS reporting,



and internal financial hygiene.n
- Working closely with the CEO and founding team, you'll play a strategic role in driving growth and profitability through financial insights, pricing strategies, and data-driven decision-making.n
- This role offers end-to-end exposure across business finance, FP&A;, working capital management, accounts receivable/payable, vendor negotiations, compliance, budgeting, and fund flow management—giving you a 360° view of finance in a high-growth startup.n

nWhat We’re Looking For
n
- n
- CA qualification is mandatoryn
- 2+ years of experience in finance; startup or high-growth workplace strongly preferredn
- Experience in consumer brands, D2C, food, FMCG, or startup ecosystems will be an advantagen
- Excellent analytical skills and a solid grip on Excel and financial modelingn
- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently build processes from the ground up
