nIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
n
- n
- Be responsible for the accurate reporting of pending receivablesn
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate mannern
- Organise records of invoices, order forms, and payment trackersn
- Maintain records of pending payments for all customersn
- Ensure timely collection of customer paymentsn
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and AR reports for income segregated by categoryn
- Prepare periodic revenue forecast reportsn




- Ensure a high-quality invoicing and collection process that ensures a smooth collection processn
- Assist in the account reconciliations, reporting, and annual audit when neededn

nA PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
n
- n
- Qualification: B.Com or any bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experiencen
- Must speak Hindi and Englishn
- Proven work experience as a Revenue or Accounts Receivable executiven
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Zoho Booksn
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Exceln
- Excellent analytical skills, along with the ability to create and present detailed reportsn
- Ability to accurately process numerical datan
- Team management and negotiation skillsn
- Problem-solving attituden
- Confidentialityn
- Excellent customer handling skillsn
