- Manage day-to-day communication with clientsn
- Understand client vision, requirements, and expectationsn
- Coordinate internally with planning, décor, and operations teamsn
- Support in proposal creation, presentations, and planning timelinesn
- Ensure a high-touch, premium client experience throughout the wedding journeyn

nQualifications

- n
- Strong experience in Client Services and Client Relations in luxury weddingsn
- Robust presentation & pitch skillsn
- Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Servicen




- Excellent Communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clientsn
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills for handling complex eventsn
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external vendorsn
- Past experience in event planning, hospitality, or luxury services is an advantagen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related fieldn
- Must be based in Mumbain
