n Job Summary: A leading real estate and construction group is looking to hire an Accounts Manager with 10+ years of experience who will be responsible to manage accounts receivable, collections, and financial forecasting. The role covers bank reconciliations, GST/TDS filing, revenue recognition, balance sheet and trial balance preparation, WIP project reporting, and loan-related financial calculations.

n Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely collections and effective follow-up on outstanding payments.n
- Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial forecasts and management reports.n
- Partner with campuses/sites to resolve collection-related queries and address payment discrepancies.n
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of invoices, bills, receipts, deposits, and other financial transactions.n
- Record and post accounting entries in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.n
- Leverage advanced MS Excel functions and formulas for financial analysis, data validation, reporting, and reconciliation.n
- Process and analyze financial data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.n
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.n
