years of industry experience, including 3 - 4 years in Distributed Ledger
Technology (DLT) and blockchain environments. Strong knowledge of the securities
asset lifecycle, tokenization, and digital asset product orchestration, with
hands-on experience across major public and hybrid blockchain platforms such as
Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Solana and XRP Ledger. Well-versed in DLT concepts
including smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms. Skilled in
designing token economics models and driving stakeholder adoption strategies.
Recognized for solid analytical thinking, clear communication, and
comprehensive documentation capabilities, with a proven ability to bridge




business and technical teams in delivering innovative digital asset solutions.
