Job Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Geospatial Manager – MAP with solid expertise in Oracle Retail Planning Cloud and Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). The role will be responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, configuration, testing, optimization, and stakeholder management across global retail operations.

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Retail Planning Cloud solutions.n
- Configure and support Oracle RMS and related Oracle Retail applications.n
- Work closely with business planners and merchandising teams to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Retail solutions.n
- Drive Oracle Retail Suite testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.n
- Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.n
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across Oracle RMS, planning solutions, and analytical platforms.n
- Develop solution documentation, process maps, and user guides.n




- Partner with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.n
- Support Oracle Retail Cloud lifecycle management, releases, environment coordination, and vendor interactions.n
- Drive continuous improvement through optimization of planning rules, parameters, processes, and automation.n
- Support change management, end-user training, and adoption initiatives.n
- Ensure compliance with enterprise controls, audit requirements, and data privacy standards.n

nRequired Skills & Experience

- 11+ years of experience in Oracle Retail-focused roles.n
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Planning Cloud.n
- Strong experience with Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System).n
- Experience across large-scale Oracle Retail implementations.n
- Strong understanding of product and location hierarchies.n
