Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations leveraging Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud, with deep focus on Patient Services Programs (PSP) and clinical operations.
• Design robust patient data models using the Unified Patient Record, Care Plans, Patient Journeys, and Life Sciences industry data model.
• Architect solutions for key Patient Services capabilities including:



o Patient enrollment & onboarding o Insurance advantages verification & re-verification o Hub services & case management o Therapy orchestration & adherence programs o Personalized next-best-action / patient engagement o Adverse event / pharmacovigilance intake & reporting o Savings / copay assistance programs o Patient portals and self-service experiences
• Define technical strategy, integration architecture, security & sharing model, and governance for multi-org or hyper-cloud environments. Integration & Data Architecture
• Establish canonical models and APIs with Integration Layer/MDM and hub partners (e.g., Pharmacord/McKesson), eRx/eBV/PA, and omnichannel services.
• Define and oversee data models, security architecture, API integrations (FHIR/HL7), and performance optimization strategies.careers.
