Position Overview
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Cooling Tower Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the cooling tower segment, building strong client relationships, and providing technical sales support to industrial and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries requiring cooling tower solutions (HVAC, power plants, chemical processing, manufacturing, data centers, etc.)
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to clients
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer cooling requirements
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle
- Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams for installation and maintenance
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and negotiate contracts effectively

Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of cooling tower systems, components, and applications
- Understand client specifications and recommend appropriate cooling tower solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design customized solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive products
- Provide technical guidance on energy efficiency, water treatment, and system optimization

Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development
- Participate in industry trade shows
